When will my item ship?

Most items ship within 2-3 business days via usps priority 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you have 3 days to get your return in the mail on its way back in its original state with any accessories included. Day 1 is day received. No exceptions so please plan ahead if one of those days is a holiday or Sunday. We are closed Sundays so make sure you plan ahead in contacting us for a return. If your return is postmarked after day 3 your return will be refused and sent back. In the event of a return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will send your return request to Returns@Luswigs.com and we will provide you with the return address. In your email please include your tracking ID and whether you want a refund or an exchange so we know how to process your order. Products are not eligible for return/exchange/refund due to the nature of the product 

How long does it take to get my refund?

Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. Once it’s been approved your refund notification will be sent automatically to your email/phone number on your account and may take up to 10 days to show back on your method of payment

Do you charge cancellation or restock fees?

yes on in stock items the restocking fees are 15% and cancellation prior to shipping is 10% and shipping fees are non refundable

Is there a restocking fee if I exchange? 

I offer one free exchange to another in stock item

Can I return after the 3 day return policy if I have a problem? 
Please inspect your order upon reception for any flaws prior to cutting the lace or altering the piece in any way and contact us immediately if the item is defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Regardless of any potential issue once the lace is cut or item is worn or altered in any way there is nothing further we can do! No exceptions.

The color/cut doesn’t look the same as it did in the photos

This is normal, variations in color due to lighting and displays is normal. We do our best to make sure our pieces are photographed in the lighting that best reflects the color. We will do our best to take additional photos in alternate lighting if requested prior to purchase. If requested post purchase we can’t guarantee we will see the request before it ships so we ask that you please ask prior to purchase. Returns due to a color discrepancy will be refunded less a restock fee as all returns are; no exceptions! We try hard to catch any potential color flaws and when we find them we will always point them out in photos and label it as a flawed piece but when pieces are hand painted there is a potential for color flaws we do not catch. Cuts may not be the perfect length, layers may not be perfect, bangs may not fall perfectly on you since it’s not done in person but on a mannequin and the shape and size of a persons head may cause the cut to sit slightly different.
