Not sure of your cap size? Between sizes? This kit has 5 blank caps xs-xl. This is the sizing kit for our lace top wigs/luxury lace top wigs only. With the pu in the luxury caps it does take up a little more room in the interior when it’s a completed cap.
Once the sizing kit is returned you will have the option of taking a store credit to be used on a wig/topper purchase (excludes effortless collection) or if you decide not to purchase you can take a 50% refund.
This is a 2 week rental, once it’s delivered we ask that you keep it no longer then 2 weeks before sending it back.
Please contact support@Luswigs.com to request your return and let the team know your order number and if you’ll take a store credit for the amount paid for the rental kit to purchase a wig/topper or a 50% refund. This is a one time credit to be applied and must be used with 1 year. In the event you use the credit to buy a wig and choose to return the wig. The try on kit credit amount will not be reissued.
In the event the trial kit is not returned within 2 weeks or is returned not intact/damaged/missing items it will be rejected and will be ineligible to be returned.
Domestic shipping within the US is done 2-3 day via USPS or UPS. International shipping is via UPS.
